Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, software and IT team. You will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as provide technical support to employees. Additionally, you will ensure data security and perform regular backups and updates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure; experience with Infor Syteline a plus
• Experience in managing hardware and software installations and maintenance
• Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of data security and backup procedures
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
