Seeking a part time, possible full time, Development Coordinator for a non-profit, private school in Cherry Hill. The Development Coordinator works closely with the Development Committee, Head of School and Executive Director and will complete a variety of tasks including, data entry, planning and implementing fundraising efforts, communicating with donors, and working with volunteers.

Confidentiality, clear communication, organizational skills and accuracy are essential for this position. Must be a team player.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acknowledge and manage donor gifts and pledges in an accurate, timely, and secure manner
• Prepare donor reports and fundraising progress throughout the year
• Plan events, including managing guest lists, registration, and other event logistics
• Data entry in donor database
• Communicate regularly with donors

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Must be organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-starter that can handle multiple tasks
