Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of therapists and behavior technicians
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, focusing on behavioral therapy and special education
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective implementation of treatment strategies
- Provide training and support to therapists and behavior technicians, including ongoing supervision and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of autism and developmental disabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis)
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA) preferred but not required
