Skills we are looking for (not limited to):

• Provides patient care to residents daily
• Complies with all State and Federal Regulations as well as Company policies
• Works Collaboratively with all members of the healthcare tea
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams
• Team player
• Ability to delegate to CNA’s; charge the nursing unit

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s)
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• CPR Certification
