Currently seeking skilled and driven Weekend Receptionist to welcome our ever-growing team!

Our mission is to foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, and continue to grow our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long term care within the communities we serve.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • The receptionist will greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages
  • Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns
  • Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness
  • Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
  • Distribute resident and office mail

Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role preferred
  • Experience in Long Term Care a bonus
