Polar Beverages is Hiring a Line lead 2nd shift Near Temple, TX
Overview : Polar Beverages is looking to add a skilled line lead to our 2nd shift production operations team
Responsibilities :
- Manage line personnel
- Make can cuts and changeovers
- Make mechanical repairs
- Promote cleanliness of area
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Must understand the company’s commitment to food, safety, quality, and continuous improvement as outlined in the Polar Beverages Safety and Quality Policy and to understand the responsibility for carrying out the outlined principles as an expectation of the job.
- Must understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and to ensure GMP compliance of fellow employees.
Minimum Requirements :
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to run various types of machinery
- Previous fork truck training and certification
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
