**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. **Duties:** - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service **Experience:** - Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred - Strong phone etiquette skills - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Background in hospitality, food service, or guest services is beneficial - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused setting.
