DUTIES:
Create schedules for the nursing department
Ensure all shifts are staffed
Track attendance and lateness
Database management
Previous staffing experience required
Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems.
Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
High School Diploma
Solid computer skills
A very positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
