Our apartment community is looking for a Leasing Consultant for immediate hire, come apply today!

Someone who is motivated and professional with excellent customer service, leasing and marketing experience. Individual will greet applicants, schedule property tours and interview prospective applicants. Prior leasing experience required. Excellent communication skills in-person and on phone, is energetic, computer savvy and detail oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of leasing, greeting prospective applicants, show community features/benefits, answering phone calls and email inquiries from new applicants and current tenants.
• Assist in taking applications to secure leases from qualified applicants and complete paperwork and computer entries associated with leasing responsibilities
• Assists in maintaining weekly traffic log
• Assists in marketing efforts to promote the property, including document information (market surveys) regarding property’s market area, the competition and area amenities on a monthly basis. Also market local businesses, outreach programs, corporate programs.
• Assist in collecting rents, delinquents, move-ins and move-outs
• Assist in resident retention and works with lease renewals each month along with other office staff and Manager.
• Complete service requests from residents and deliver to maintenance for prompt processing.
• Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair housing and all other laws pertaining to Apartment Community.

Requirements:

• 2 years previous experience in Leasing and Property management preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer oriented and efficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management software programs
• Social Media Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
