Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching store staff in phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team
- Set sales goals and monitor performance to achieve targets
- Implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive sales growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotions
- Provide leadership and supervision to store staff, fostering a positive work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees
- Proficient in inventory management and control systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
