Point of Rental Software is Hiring a RevOps Analyst Near Fort Worth, TX

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with sales, marketing, product, operations, and finance departments, as well as external parties, in analyzing and creating sales reports, ensuring that all sales deals are structured in a way that is beneficial for the company while meeting the needs of the customer. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for contract drafting, negotiation, and execution processes between teams and channel information to relevant stakeholders.
Integrate, analyze, and evaluate sales performance based on predetermined metrics.
Provide ad hoc analysis to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates.
Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required.
Contribute to developing business controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize sales performance.
Support the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Attend forecast meetings and provide relevant updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a deal desk or sales operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Excel/G Sheets and Salesforce
Familiar with dashboards, chart types, and aggregations
Familiar with SQL
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
