About the role…

We're looking for a skilled implementation and training specialist who specializes in SaaS.
***Must be fluent in both English and French***

Implementation

• Plan, manage and execute SAAS implementations for new and/or existing clients
• Define client challenges with existing systems, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Assist existing clients in the application of additional or improved functionality
• Understand, apply and explain configuration options to client company decision makers
• Evaluate, recommend and deliver configuration options maximizing client utilization of software functionality
• Extract, transform and load data from existing data sources to software
• Prepare and manage a testing environment to train clients and test configuration choices prior to go-live
• Interpret and present technical instructions from a variety of resources to new users
• Assist and educate client during the first days and weeks of their use of the software

Support

• Provide onsite and remote support to client company end users
• Research errors, resolve problems, and recommend configuration adjustments, if necessary
• Answer ongoing client processing and configuration questions
• Provide training to existing and new users
• Recommend best practices

Reporting

• Design financial and operational reports using software reporting options
• Report design and data manipulation
• Balance client expectations with software reporting capabilities
• Master the program tools for data integration between key business applications

Product Presentation and Sales Assistance

• Assist sales staff with solution presentations
• Identify and translate automation opportunities into un-utilized or under-utilized software functional capabilities
• Become familiar with best-in-class third-party applications that seamlessly integrate with software
• Share opportunities for additional automation software or services with client and POR Staff
• Solve problems, automate business processes, and improve the client user’s experience

Required Experience

• Knowledge of SAAS
• Must be completely dependable, technically competent, and excellent at problem solving and troubleshooting
• Good working knowledge of programs such as MS Office Suite and the Microsoft Operating systems and G-Suite
• Fluency in both French and English isrequired.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with concentration in Business or Sales
• Certified, coursework, or training in SAAS
