As Managing Partner (General Manager), you'll spearhead operational excellence, ensuring our customers get an unparalleled dining experience with excellent food and amazing service. We have over 20 years of experience as successful owner/operators in other industries and are looking for a partner with deep roots in the restaurant industry who can guide the day-to-day operations of our new casual fine dining venture.

Duties of the Managing Partner include:

• Running day to day operations of both front and back of house, including scheduling, training, and supervising.
• Providing oversight of expenses, including food, labor, and liquor costs.
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Management and hourly employees.
• Managing the performance of employees, including conducting meetings, evaluating performance, and coaching and disciplining employees as necessary.
• Planning, preparing, and executing inventories and budgets.
• Overseeing development of key employees and managers including training in policies and practices.
• Helping to develop best-in-class standards for food preparation, kitchen management, customer service, and employee relations.
• Act as a primary liaison with all vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborating with a multi-functional team on menu development, community engagement, marketing and promotion, strategic planning, and financial management.
