Job Description:

As a Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our clinic. You will oversee all administrative and operational aspects to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing day to day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and staff coordination.
• Supervising administrative and clinical staff, providing leadership, training, and support as needed.
• Handling financial responsibilities such as billing, insurance claims, and budget management.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborating with the Dentist and other health care professionals to optimize patient care and satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) working in a dental office or healthcare setting. Preferably management experience.
• Working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment and practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
