Overview
The Minneapolis office is seeking a Practice Group Assistant to join its busy team! The essential functions of this position include assisting the Secretaries with opening new matters, assisting with calendaring and docketing duties, running conflicts, and other administrative duties as assigned by Secretaries and Attorneys. A college degree and a minimum of one (1) year legal experience in a law firm environment preferred.

Responsibilities
Job Specifications:
- Experience handling client intake, closing matters, preparation of trial and deposition notebooks
- High school diploma
- At least one (1) year of legal experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
