- Nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NASM or other)
- Personal Trainer Certification
- Create and teach exciting, engaging and relevant group fitness classes
- Respond to members needs and assist with proper form and physical abilities
- Work with Fitness team to build offerings and drive utilization of the department
- Timeliness including preparation for classes and being on-time for classes or club obligations
- Work professionally and positively with both membership and the Club staff
- Those certified in Personal Training may also have additional opportunities to provide private training
