Job Title: Residential Mortgage Loan Originator

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of success in originating residential mortgage loans.

Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Educate borrowers on the mortgage process and assist them in selecting the best loan product for their needs
• Collect and analyze borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
• Maintain knowledge of current industry regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in [Insert state]
