The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the Company’s Brand image and Market Share by creating content and posting to social media; developing graphic ads and video; maintaining marketing collateral, sales supplies, and swag; preparing for conferences, and more. The chosen candidate will have high-level writing skills and be detail oriented with proven organization skills.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Social Media and Digital Campaigns.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Organize and distribute Press Releases and Direct Email Campaigns on behalf of the company.
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
• Support Sales Team in the organizing of promotional events.
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Support Executive Team in organizing various projects.
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant or equivalent position.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• High-level knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ad words etc.).
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
