POHL CUSTOM CABINETS is a small business in MANUFACTURING in Naples, FL. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Obtain a valuable salesperson that wants to work. .

ALL BENEFITS- SALARY COMMISSION. Semi-custom sales person needed to be customer sales for 3-4 lines. We are a full custom wood shop with semi-custom lines we option to clients. We are a long time business looking for an energetic salesperson to handle the following.
-Proficient in 20/20 and or CAD
-Sell and manage their own jobs.
-Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Able to understand how cabinetry is to be installed, designed, and for function and usage. Understandings of usage
-Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
-Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
-Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license within 60 days of employment.
-Able to take Accurate measurements and implement them into computer design.
Experience with Job-site management and closeout sales with complete follow-through.
-IT skills are required to navigate through our company system/network.
-Able to Update new drawings/production drawings; put old drawings in old job file so as not to confuse with current drawings. Save all work on the main server.
-Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook,
-Assist draftsman on completing other internal documents and other related duties.

-Answer company land line, able to save, deliver messages to correct extensions.
