Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide product knowledge to customers and assist in their inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell products to maximize revenue
- Process returns and exchanges

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in electronics sales or related field is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and products
- Previous experience in grocery store, jewelry, or similar retail environments is beneficial
- Fluency in English for effective communication
