Podium is Hiring a Director of IT Near Lehi, UT

We are looking for an exceptional IT Director with extensive Cloud Applications, Infrastructure, and Help Desk leadership experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring our employees have the best possible experience with their technology and our collaboration tools. You will report to the VP of IT and lead a team of talented Help Desk and Infrastructure professionals.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all internal infrastructure, including the Helpdesk and System/Network Engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create, implement, and manage IT policies based on frameworks and standards, such as ITIL, NIST, CIS-18, ISO/IEC 27001, etc.
• Work with senior leadership to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns to Podium’s growth for the next 4 years.  Partner and collaborate with other leaders to identify and implement new tools to increase automation, provide data that will help us to scale.
• Manage system uptime, maintenance issues, KPIs, vendor agreements, and the budget for internal systems.

What you should have:

• 6 years managing an IT organization
• Incredible verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service mindset
• Proven ability to independently identify and resolve technical, process, organizational, and resourcing challenges in a complex high growth environment.
• Experience automating IT infrastructure using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Tray.io, and Okta Workflows.
• Excellent understanding of infrastructure systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, telecommunications systems, and public cloud (AWS).
• Deep understanding of Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, etc. Experience with Okta is preferred.
• Experience working in a high-growth tech environment
