ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Success Manager will play a central role in creating the future of the Podimetrics product offering through learning, iteration, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence! This will include coordinating across departments, tracking, executing, and documenting processes, and maintaining excellent communication to ensure that we deliver a robust product offering to our patients, providers, and clients. This team member will have the opportunity to launch new client programs leveraging the Podimetrics “product launch playbook” (and making improvements to it as we discover new learnings), manage certain product and operational functions post-launch, run experiments to learn and rapidly improve our program, and identify and implement new vendors and capabilities that will make our program offering even more robust. Acting as the “glue” between various Podimetrics teams and external vendors, this individual will help identify process efficiency gaps and design new processes to meet the needs of each customer and the overall program, create tools in Excel and similar programs to enable rapid collaboration and information-sharing, create project plans and track progress against each action item, solve problems as they arise, share ideas for continuous improvement, and partner closely with other team members to implement new processes, tools, and practices. This role is critical to the success of Podimetrics’ mission at scale!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting new client program launches
    • Support planning for and executing against all customer implementation needs and operational expectations, and proactively and collaboratively develop solutions to overcome obstacles and exceed client expectations.
    • Ensure the cross-functional working team and all stakeholders remain apprised of new client requirements, changes, processes, and responsibilities. Serve as central project coordinator, holding process owners accountable and ensuring open questions and action items are resolved.
    • Document best practices, learnings, and modifications as the company continues to scale
  • Supporting product offering for all clients
    • Manage existing tools and/or create new tools based on internal stakeholder feedback to manage the collection, distribution, and management of provider engagement data to support our program’s patient enrollment efforts ensuring team members have a clear view of the status for each member’s enrollment.
    • Identify opportunities for process and general program improvement. Support the team in addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise, sharing ideas for solutions, engaging stakeholders, and implementing changes in collaboration with the broader team.
    • Document the decisions made during scaling, capturing best practices, insights, and adjustments for future reference.
  • Launching incremental product enhancements
    • Under the guidance of the Director of Product, research new vendors and capabilities that will enable a more robust program offering for our clients, patients, providers, and internal partners.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand how new vendors and capabilities will fit into their workflows and then lead the implementation of the chosen new vendors and capabilities.
    • Under the guidance of the Director of Product, support the design and implementation of new experiments and process improvements to continuously learn and improve our program.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years experience in product or project management and cross-team coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to quickly establish rapport and work collaboratively with individuals across departments, teams, and organizations
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills; follows through on open items and ensures all stakeholders remain informed and aligned
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and able to efficiently build complex datasheets and tools that work among interconnected data sets while maintaining clarity and ease of use
  • Creative problem-solver and critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset; able to identify gaps, share ideas, and partner with others to implement them
  • Adaptable team player with experience working in a fast-paced environment; able to thrive in chaotic, rapidly-changing environments
  • Experience working in healthcare, operations, and managing Protected Health Information (PHI) preferred
