Join our team in beautiful Snoqualmie Washington just 15 minutes form Bellevue right off I-90.
We are currently looking to hire experienced line cooks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. We are also hiring banquet & catering cooks as well.
LINE COOK JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TOO :
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing all ingredients
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and any other cooking methods specified by recipes and standards
Maintains cleanliness and complies with proper food handling, sanitation and storage
Cleans and sanitizes all cooking surfaces and equipment before, during and at the end of each shift
Does inventory checks and lets the chef know when product needs to be ordered
Works well with other BOH team members to ensure a positive working environment
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION :
High School diploma or GED
At least one year experience cooking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others
Be able to work 5-8 hours at a time on your feet
Able to lift 50 pounds
Food Handler or Serve Safe Certificate
COMPENSAITON AND BENEFITS :
$25 - $28 per hour
