The Customer Support Specialist is an extremely important and vital position to the success of our operations. This individual provides support to the limited number of assigned customers as well as to the Logistics Specialist and team. The role also serves as the liaison between the client and operations and is the principle point of contact for the client and must understand client expectations while partnering with operations to ensure outstanding service.

This role is also responsible for providing operational support at a fixed location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery, handling of customer orders, and shipments.

Daily responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to order management, customer service, data entry, billing, internal and external communications, transportation coordination, third party portal routing, and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Duties:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services

- Assist customers with service selection and provide recommendations based on their needs

- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual abilities are a plus)

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
