Job Summary:

This position plays a crucial role within the bank/LOB by focusing on mitigating risk, reducing costs, and generating revenue through various projects. Depending on the project, the impact could encompass all three areas. The ideal candidate will have a preferred industry background in technology and software development.

Responsibilities:

- Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces to enhance performance.

- Design and develop software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict outcomes.

- Collaborate with engineering staff to evaluate hardware-software interfaces, develop specifications, resolve customer issues.

- Advise customers on software system maintenance and perform necessary tasks.

- Develop and oversee software system testing and validation procedures.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Angular, C#, ADO, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Github, bitbucket, Jenkins, OpenShift, unit testing, .NET.

- Familiarity with Visio, Visual Studio development experience, SQL Server, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Entity Framework, Oracle databases.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

- 6 years of experience in software development.
