Position Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) - Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Birmingham, AL
Job Summary:
Join our team as a key player in mitigating risk and enhancing security through ID access management within the bank. We are seeking a candidate with a background in triage, prioritization, and testing to take on the responsibility of leading by example, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility. As a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you will facilitate communication, provide strategic input into project planning, oversee release management activities, and drive successful outcomes through your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, mentoring and coaching junior team members in BA best practices and Agile methodologies
- Take ownership of complex requirement analysis and documentation efforts ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration
- Provide strategic input into project planning and decision-making processes, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes
- Oversee release management activities including coordinating release schedules and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Identify MVPs, manage dependencies, segment features by business capability, scope efforts, manage negotiations
- Recognize technical capabilities within a business flow or process; create system flows capturing system interactions
Skills:
- Proficiency in Jira for work management
- Experience with Confluence for documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Utilization of ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management
Qualifications:
- Agile certification preferred
- Scrum Master certification a plus
- Business Analysis certifications beneficial
