PMHCC, INC. is Hiring a Systems Integration Manager Near Philadelphia, PA

Position Summary:

The Systems Integrations Manager for Trauma to Triumph (TtT) is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of projects related to addressing the department's goal of addressing trauma, achieving equality and engaging community by deepening and strengthening our work with key stakeholders from community-based organizations to ensure equitable access to resources across the city, and to bring solutions from, and sustain solutions in communities. This program will disrupt the pervasive presence of Race Based Trauma for BIPOC (refers to the mental and emotional injury caused by encounters with racial bias and ethnic discrimination, racism) with intentional distribution of targeted resources to MA eligible youth. In addition, this program will help youth to acknowledge their traumatic experiences, celebrate their strengths and encourage their hope and belief in themselves for positive and productive future.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Program Manager will manage internal and external working groups and staff establish new partnerships with external agencies as needed and track outcomes for programming that support clinical success for participants.

Activities will include: 

  • Primary responsibility to lead and manage all aspects of the implementation and administration of the Trauma to Triumph Program, including tracking outcome measurements and fidelity tracking
  • Setting vision and direction and implementing programs for the department, in addressing agency service gaps that support addressing programmatic goals, complement existing programming and create new programming as needed
  • Conducting research and producing departmental reports that advance the agency's work and educates our stakeholder community on DBHIDS' approach in addressing priorities and goals under the Trauma to Triumph initiative within the TEC framework.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of all assigned projects
  • Applying for grants and resources to fund new and/ or support programs
  • Create reports that track short-and long -term metrics that drive direction, performance and sustainability
  • Act as the organization's liaison, bringing a whole person health care lens on cross agency projects
  • Manage consultants and product delivery, particularly in utilizing best practices in the behavioral health field
  • Supervise staff, vistas, interns, and fellows as necessary to support the work

  • Ability to think critically and problem solve to develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and present concepts to range of key stakeholders, including executive leadership and community members
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to utilize technology in innovative and creative ways to improve access to behavioral health resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop productive relationships with diverse group of colleagues, consultants, academic partners, and others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams, including both internal and external colleagues
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of organization and management as they apply to the implementation of new policies and initiatives
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to help diverse stakeholders create and implement a common agenda
  • Strong project management skills as well as a proven ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum of a master's level degree in the behavioral health field
  • Minimum of five (5) year's work experience in behavioral health field
  • Direct clinical experience and credentials
  • Knowledge and experience addressing the social drivers of health
  • Minimum of at least one year of supervisory experience

Essential Functions:

  • Lead workgroups and collaborations internally and externally
  • Program development and management
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Ongoing assessment of system needs and formulation of plan to address gaps and/or challenges
