Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for motivated and caring individuals who would like to perform at the highest level as a Receptionist/ BDC Agent. Receptionists/BDC Agents are the first point of contact for our dealership. Receptionists welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in setting appointments
• Logging customer information into our software
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

• A compelling and professional presence
• A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction\1 year experience in working in a high volume call environment
• Prior sales and retail experience (a plus)
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) (Required)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
