Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the electrical field. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians and assist with various electrical projects.
Duties:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing necessary repairs
- Assist in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Learn to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skills:
- Industrial electrician experience
- Low voltage wiring experience
- Frame carpentry skills
- Knowledge of high voltage systems
- Proficiency in electrical installations and repairs
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints
- Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience working as a commercial electrician
