PMC Wireless is Hiring a Site Coordinator Near Hazlet, NJ

Site Coordinator:

PMC Wireless is a 30 year old, growing technology company that supports the mission-critical communications needs of public-sector clients such as Schools, Police Departments, Fire Departments, Hospitals and Transportation agencies. We are looking for a skilled Site Coordinator to perform a variety of tasks with a focus on providing the highest level of service. This role involves managing a high volume of work, the ability to prioritize and to work efficiently, strong organization and communication skills, and the capacity to absorb and process large amounts of information with a sense of urgency.

We offer very competitive compensation packages which will vary depending on capabilities/experience. There is plenty of room to grow within the organization for the right candidates.

- Assist in coordinating all site and subcontractor activities to ensure seamless execution of projects and exemplary customer service.

- Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys to aid in developing scopes of work to assist with project bidding and proposal processes.
  • Develop bills of materials for jobs to assist with project bidding and/or procurement of materials for jobs received.
  • Work with sub-contractors on proposal pricing, scheduling, materials pickups/deliveries and job progress both off site and on site.
  • On site management and inspection of subcontractor site work/projects to ensure that the site work is on schedule and the work is being completed per the outlined Scope of Work.
  • Monitor and report project details to the project management, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of all construction dates, project costs incurred, hours worked, photos, testing results, inventory, etc.
  • Ensure all changes to specifications, jobs scope and drawings are documented and updated.
  • Act as the on-site POC for the customer. Keep customers informed about progress and any updates relevant to the project.
  • Triage site and office work (70/30, roughly)

- Qualifications

  • Belief and display of company core values (Public safety, Customer Success, Integrity, Employee Centricity, and Executional Excellence)
  • Wireless site management experience is a plus.
  • Clean background and motor vehicle records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams, …)
  • Strong IT acumen.
  • Organization and ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive interactions with employees.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
  • Proactive, creative, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • OSHA and safety standards experience.
  • College business degree or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
