Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor, Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West - Part TIme or Full Time

The 243-room full-service Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West, with nearly 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space, is located in the western Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth, MN, and we are seeking fun, sharp, creative and memorable brand ambassadors to serve as welcoming Guest Services Agents/Night Auditors.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Guest Services Agent provides that "great first impression" for our guests. Multi-tasking must come naturally to you. Greet guests upon arrival, process hotel check-in and check-out, assist guests with any questions or concerns during their hotel stay, answer busy phone lines, create and update reservations, and receive payments. Guest Services must be knowledgeable of hotel accommodations and services as well as the surrounding area attractions, act as main contact for guest inquiries and will maintain a good working relationship with other hotel departments to make sure all guest needs are met. The Night Auditor works the overnight welcome desk shift, and performs closing day functions while preparing the front office for the upcoming new day.

Qualifications:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prior front desk experience, audit experience. OPERA.
