We are a casual but dedicated team,and due to continued growth we have an opening for an experienced printingestimator / CSR (our formal title is “Client Project Manager”) who upholds ourfamily values and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.

Client ProjectManagers are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience. Theposition handles requests from clients and our sales team, processes andinvoices orders, manages printing and marketing projects from start to finish,works with vendors on brokered products, reviews projects for accuracy, andensures projects get delivered on time. Estimating covers a wide range of printjobs, direct mail, and promotional products, requiring analysis for eachproject to match the right equipment and vendors to the job for the best costfor the client.

This position isonsite in Cary, Illinois, and you can bring your dog to work with you!

Key Job Activities

• Consult and assist customers throughout the ordering process via email, phone, chat and occasionally in person.
• Receive, process, manage, track and invoice orders.
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and production/vendors.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to complete projects accurately and meet due dates.

Requirements

Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of print estimating experience is required
• Exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to take care of customers
• Strong verbal and written communications skills as it relates to phone conversations, chat, email and working with clients
• Expert knowledge of printing (CMYK, spot colors, crops, bleeds, press-ready art, paper stocks, offset, digital printing, etc.)
• Strong eye for detail, organization, and project management
• Proficient in order entry, Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order/Estimating software preferred
• Clerical speed and accuracy
• Promotional products experience a plus

Education

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
