Plug and Play Tech Center is Hiring a Corporate Partnerships Manager | Enterprise Near Sunnyvale, CA

We’re actively seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to be responsible for sales, business development and partner success under our Enterprise vertical. An ideal candidate is driven, focused, and has a strong desire to deliver results in a high-growth company.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales for assigned geographic territory
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with the Vertical Director, Partner Success Managers, and Ventures to close corporate membership contracts and allocate resources throughout the sales cycle
  • Deliver presentations highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of Plug and Play
  • Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products within the enterprise technology industry
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within new and existing partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals. 
  • Facilitate successful on-boarding of new customers and establish key metrics of success. 
  • Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
  • Host events, track corporate participation with high attention to detail and design new ways to increase corporate engagement.
  • Schedule and facilitate bi-weekly calls and participate in planning corporate facing events.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, communications, or a related field 
  • 3 years of work experience in a client facing role.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements. 
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Startup experience and project management experience a plus.

** Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
