Position: Field Sales Representative - Contractor Networks

Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As the driving force of our sales effort, you'll be responsible for hitting the road, building strong relationships with contractors, and driving sales growth and the success of our BellaVent line of venting products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Mastery: Dive deep into understanding Bellavent products, septic venting applications, and how our products fit into different systems.

2. Contractor Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with contractors, implement sales strategies, and conduct face-to-face meetings to foster collaboration and drive sales.

3. On-the-Road Enablement: Provide hands-on training to contractors on product installations and sales techniques. Equip them with marketing materials to boost product awareness and support their sales efforts.

4. Sales Hustle: Execute outbound sales efforts, gather feedback from contractors, and assist them with their sales initiatives. Process sales orders promptly and work closely with contractors to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.

· Basic understanding of septic systems and venting applications.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with contractors from diverse backgrounds.

· Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to achieve sales targets.

· Comfortable working independently and on the road, meeting with contractors and driving sales initiatives.

· Willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
