Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our office. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency - Coordinate projects and assist with various office tasks - Transcribe documents as needed - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience with calendar management software is preferred Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued, and growth opportunities are available.
