Position:

PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a Lot Assistant that will also assist the Rental department as needed. This position stages units for technicians in accordance with the shop as well as help maintain and up keep the lot. This position will also be assisting the Rental department with various tasks ensuring that the customer delivery is thorough and complete while ensuring that the customer is 100% satisfied with their rental experience at Pleasureland RV. 

Job Duties:

• Document service related items and schedule repairs with the Service Department.
• Make minor adjustment and repairs to delivered RV's as necessary
• Maintain delivery area
• Pick up and receive a variety of parts, equipment, and packages.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up sites and assist with set up.
• Drive and trailer customer vehicles to delivery and pickup sites.
• Effectively map routes used for pick up and deliveries.
• Maintain routine records and travel logs as necessary.
• Assist with greeting customers as well as assisting them with their rental needs from booking a rental to ensuring a thorough walk through of their rental unit was complete to provide the best experience while using their rental unit.
• Assist in the detail department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of RV systems and RV accessories
• Mechanical and tool skills
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Ability to operate a tractor
• Problem solving
• Mechanical aptitude
• Safe working and vehicle operations.
• Knowledge of proper towing procedures and use of necessary trailer equipment.
• Self motivated
• Must be flexible - able to adjust one's schedule to fit the needs of customers
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be very organized
