Position Description

PleasureLand RV Center is looking for a full time Parts Purchasing Administrator. This position provides and develops profitable and effective purchasing strategies for the store while maintaining inventory control. This position also provides outstanding customer service at the parts and service counter. Some of the essential job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts.
• Oversee all aspects of the parts inventory for the store. From monitoring stock and inventory levels to purchasing parts as needed to completing and ensuring cycle counts are accurate and done on a timely basis.
• Work with service technicians and customers ensuring that their parts needs are being met and questions are answered.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a dealership or auto parts retail store strongly preferred, but not required
• Parts/inventory experience strongly preferred, but not required
• RV experience and knowledge helpful
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, from customers to management
• Ability to work efficiently on a Computer and with the Internet
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Goal Oriented
• Well organized

Physical Job Requirements and Schedule

• Ability to lift up to 10lbs throughout day, occasional lift of 50lbs to 75lbs
• The work schedule would be Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
