The Unit Manager (RN) is an integral part the leadership and care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You will work to ensure the care of the clinical team and residents. As a Unit Manager (RN), you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment including:

  • Assessment
  • Mentoring
  • Supervision
  • Covid19 planning and remediation
  • Leading in the absence of the DON
  • Mentoring clinical staff
  • Care Planning
  • Implementing Care
  • Managing Patient Care
  • Quality Improvement
  • Problem Solving
  • Bedside Nursing
  • Medication Administration
  • Treatments

Required qualifications:

  • Graduate of approved The Unit Manager (RN) Program. Masters MSN preferred
  • Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long term care setting is strong preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
