Come join our team! We are a large Skilled Nursing Facility located in York, PA. We are looking for someone to oversee our central supply and distribution of items throughout the facility. This is a temporary position- Schedule is M-F 5a-1:30p.
Job Description:
- Oversee the ordering for the facility and distribution of the supplies
- Order management including: entry, modification, and allocation
- Provide updates on inventory status, creatively manage allocation and priorities
- Document and communicate all customer compliance requirements for all orders for the distribution group to follow
- Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deadlines for on time deliveries completion and work to resolve situations when they do come up
- Heavy data entry
- invoice all customer shipments
- Assist in resolving chargebacks
- Other tasks as needed
