Are you a hard worker who loves to learn new skills and work with a great team?

We are looking to fill a 1st shift position at our New Berlin Facility.

1st Shift hours

Monday through Friday

7:00am - 3:30pm

(OT as needed)

Pay starts at $19.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1. FOLLOW STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

2. LOAD TRUCKS

verifying identifying information and quantity and condition of items; staging, loading, and protecting items. Load according to instructions by Shipping Coordinator and/or trucking companies.

3. PREPARE EQUIPMENT

organizing and packaging parts as needed for shipments

4. MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

5. MAINTAINS SHIPPING DEPARTMENT 6-S AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT SHIFT – WEARS REQUIRED PPE

6. MAKE TEAM LEADER AWARE OF ANY PROBLEMS OCCURRED WHILE LOADING

7. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT

perform any additional duties as requested.

8. FOLLOW ALL COMPANY RULES, REGULATION AND PROCEDURES.

9. ASSIST ALL CUSTOMERS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)

10. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD

complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

11. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training.
Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
Must be able to lift a maximum 51 lbs. on average during a
normal workday.
Must be able to operate forklift.
Must be able to operate computers.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure.
Must be able to work as a team.

Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
Must wear required PPE while on the production floor.
Must adjust PPE to be meet requirements, as some specific areas may require additional specific items to be worn for PPE, such as bump caps, hard hats, shin guards, gloves, etc.
Normal manufacturing environment exposed to noise and heat if working in production area.
