PlayPower is Hiring a National Accounts Project Manager Near Huntersville, NC
- Creates proposals for equipment, installation, and parts requests.
- Aids sales reps in all aspects of National Accounts
- Obtains drawings and reference materials to update the customer pricelists.
- Obtains quotes from vendors/installers, and other material suppliers as needed for the projects.
- Acts as a liaison between sales representatives, architects, manufacturing operations, intercompany sales, and customers.
- Process installation invoices.
- Process all contract requirements for projects to include lien waivers, insurance certificates, installation requirements, proforma invoices, payment requests, and closeout documents.
- Provides pricing for components for National Account Customers or Sales Representatives.
- Entering orders received into Syteline and distribute drawings, order acknowledgments, renderings product information, submittal information, and warranties.
- Bachelor's degree in related field; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as shop drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Presentation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Syteline software a plus
