**Duties:**
- Provide direct patient care.

- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral health concerns and provide health coaching.
- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Educating patients and families on health management and treatment plans
- Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Pay: $47.33 - $51.85 per hour
