Inventory Specialist Team Member

At Plato's Closet, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient inventory operations. As the Inventory Specialist Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with a team of Inventory Specialists, overseeing the daily processing of incoming inventory, putting together clearance events, coordinating floorset swaps, and executing various promotional events.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper inventory systems are being followed
- Process incoming inventory and ensure timely clearance and markdowns
- Coordinate and execute floorset swaps
- Set up and manage promotional events
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and sales
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong leadership and team leading skills
- Proficient in using computers and following training material
- Proficient in google sheets
- Able to safely lift 50lbs without assistance
