Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an opening for a Mid-Level Production / Inventory Coordinator to support our San Antonio, Texas location.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, etc.
• Support the production team in various locations with parts and tools.
• Monitors and analyzes work in process.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving of materials.
• Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems.
• Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availability.
• Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
• Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

• 1 years of experience with loading and unloading trucks with forklift and pallet jacks.
• 1 years of experience with experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

• 1 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management
• 1 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• 1 years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
• 1 years of experience in managing projects.
