Platinum Properties is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Professional Near New York, NY

Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love, which is helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams!
Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money, having a flexible schedule and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply today!
Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Tech savvy
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Great communication and social skills
  • New York State Real Estate License (or in the process of getting licensed)
  • Desire to learn and grow as a real estate professional
  • Enterprising drive and motivation to master the industry
  • Ability to represent the Platinum brand in your community
  • Ability to guide clients through the selling, buying, or renting process
  • Ability to nurture leads and convert clients and closings
  • Ability to build and form meaningful connections with a diverse set of clientele
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job
  • Team player and a desire to help build the company
