Platinum - Mobil 1 Lube Express is looking for experienced automotive technicians to join their management team. Our management staff work with our technicians to perform services on vehicles and learn how to effectively manage a team.

Team Leaders and Managers are responsible for:

• Effectively interacting with customers, including resolving issues
• Take the initiative to increase sales, improve store profitability, and reduce controllable costs
• Mentor team members
• Effectively manage the production on the floor

We are looking for people:

• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of quick lube experience
• 6 to 12 months of prior management/supervisory experience

Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours
• Be punctual, responsible and accountable
• General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities
• Duties may also include assisting car wash in vacuuming, drying, window cleaning, dash and console cleaning and other vehicle cleaning.
• Machinery and equipment cleaning.
• Assists customers and other team members as needed to efficiently process quick lubes.

Additional Info:

Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash/lube equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
