Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and patient service in a medical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain multi physician appointment calendars
- Verify patient insurance information and process payments
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain electronic health records using IMS, experience would be beneficial
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care
- Perform medical receptionist duties as needed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
