Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team in Union, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place sales calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, as well as pricing and ordering details.
• Reach out to current customers to introduce new products, offer promotions, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Effectively persuade customers to make purchases, record orders accurately, and route them appropriately.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions in line with company policies.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including outgoing and incoming calls, actions taken, and customer responses.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive file system, including correspondence and records related to customer interactions.
• Stay updated on product offerings and special promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role required
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of SalesForce and SAP a plus!
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving success.
