We are interviewing candidates to join our team as Construction Crew Members. We are looking for the following traits in all applicants:

What you’d be responsible for...
- Ensuring all installation work is performed in accordance with Plants Creative’s quality and safety guidelines.
- Assisting Crew Leaders in accomplishing various tasks of landscape plans, including plant layout and installation, assisting in the construction of hardscape elements such as retaining walls and patios, and installing irrigation and lighting systems.
- Working with other crew members in accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
- Experience in operating skid steers, excavators, and other landscape construction equipment is a big plus.
When you’d be working...
- Hours vary seasonally and require flexibility, but regular hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00-4:30.
