We are interviewing candidates to join our team as an Irrigation Lead Technician. This technician will have an opportunity to be a key leader in our fastest-growing smart landscapes division called Connect. We are looking for the following traits in all applicants:

• Detailed-oriented and organized
• Confident in speaking with customers as needed during system inspections

What you’d be responsible for...

• Installation of Weathermatic SmartLink controllers and weather stations for service plan customers
• Assist in the installation and renovation of irrigation systems
• Performing scheduled irrigation inspections and generating proposals for repairs as needed
• Completing service repairs independently as well as with another technician
• Ownership of truck, equipment, and basic inventory of irrigation parts

What we’re looking for...

• A minimum of three (3) years of irrigation installation and/or technician experience 
• An industry certification relevant to irrigation would be a strong plus for this position but is not required
• A working knowledge of irrigation systems, including controllers and other system components
• Ability to utilize technology for cloud-based system management
• Clean driving record, drug-free, valid driver's license, and ability to be added to the company fleet insurance policy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

When you’d be working...

• Monday through Friday – 7:00-4:30, with flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays
